Fulfillment Policy

As a dedicated provider of marketing services, content, and copywriting, my goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every project. My commitment to high standards means that each piece of work includes thorough strategy, research, outlining, writing, competitor comparisons, and multiple revisions. The following policies outline how I handle refunds, deliveries, returns, and cancellations to provide clarity and build trust with my clients. Please see my fulfillment policy below.

Payment Policy

One-Time Projects: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Typically, projects less than $1500 require full upfront payment, while projects exceeding $1500 require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due within 14 days of delivery.
Retainer/Monthly Packages: Payments are due on the 1st of each month, with a 14-day grace period.

Refund Policy

I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with my services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

One-Time Projects: Given the nature of digital content and services, full refunds are not applicable. However, I am dedicated to working with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations through revisions and open communication. If you are still unsatisfied with the initial submission, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting a 50% kill fee to cover the work already completed. There will be no refund of any credit card processing fees.
Retainer/Monthly Packages: No refunds are available for retainer/monthly packages. Cancellations require a 30-day notice as detailed in my cancellation policy.

Delivery Policy

My goal is to deliver high-quality content promptly. Delivery timelines and processes are as follows:

Delivery Method: All content is delivered via email. All written content is delivered via Google Docs or a shared Google Drive folder. This stands for any type of work unless otherwise agreed upon.
Timeline: Delivery timelines are specified in the project agreement. Typical delivery is within 14 days from the start date, depending on the project's scope and complexity.

Return Policy

Given the nature of digital content and services, returns are not applicable. However, I am dedicated to working with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations through revisions and open communication.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are handled as follows:

One-Time Projects: Cancellations will incur a 50% kill fee. This fee covers the work already completed up to the point of cancellation.
Retainer/Monthly Packages: A minimum 3-month commitment is required. After the initial period, the agreement moves to a month-to-month basis, requiring a 30-day notice for cancellation.
